My goal is to assist, through collaboration to rebuild, fortify and strengthen ORNAO. I am passionate about promoting and advancing perioperative practice as evidenced in my current role as the CNS, I am currently completing my MScN- Education focus, I have been an active member of ORNAC, the current President of LORNA. As with all sectors of healthcare, COVID, nurse fatigue and burnout had a devastating impact on our membership, I can acknowledge and relate to the struggles that have come with trying to engage and reinvigorate staff. I hope that by uniting the various regions, we will be able to become united in ORNAO’s mission and vision to promote perioperative excellence throughout Ontario.
